I guess I'm a cynic / skeptic / : So you feel tingling in your scalp and shivers down your neck? Seems like a common phenomenon -- I've experienced the feeling under various circumstances, I guess I recognize it as something triggered by an emotion.
It just seems weird to me to create a new term for it. But, I guess that is not that uncommon, and maybe it serves a real purpose (a shorthand way of referring to the phenomenon) as opposed to a exclusionary purpose (another term that most people don't understand and may have to learn, etc.).
