I know what you mean, I haven’t particularly tried the trigger videos because my triggers are when people speak to me in a particular way, such as imparting wisdom or giving thoughtful advice. It seems to be particularly strong with older people who talk to me. Also gentle head scratching, like how my grandmother used to do to help me sleep. I’m glad I’m not the only one who’s triggers are so specific.
