Sharing personal information brings people closer together. But how do you know when you’ve gone too far—or when someone else has ulterior motives?

I get this.. I have had it ever since I can remember. What triggers it for me is when people do nice things for me. I have watched those you tube videos & it does give me the brain tingles but not as strong as when I experience the nice treatment. I asked my family if they got brain tingles when I was younger & none of them knew what I was talking about.
I am introverted, open minded, highly conscientious & sensitive to food and temperature.
For those wondering it feels like an orgasm in your brain but it’s definitely not sexual.
