Problem is, your ability at team playing and at anything else won't get through, because your boss won't tell about it to her/his boss. So they will think whatever the dark one tells them. If they want you out, they will just lie. You won't even have a chance to defend yourself. At a company I used to work, I had 4 bosses in six years. All of them liked me. The fifth was a psyopath. She herself knew and said she was evil... And started smear campaign against some people, including me. The director never even let us tell her what was happening. She believed everything the dark one told her, no matter how many other people stated the opposite... Next thing we knew, we were fired.
