I've never seen it help when the people at the top condone it, all it does is single you out. I worked for a large company in silicon valley that had a "Bring Your Daughter To Work Day". When I called personnel and asked then when "Bring Your Son To Work Day" would be he called me a trouble-maker. All I wanted was for them to change it to include both sexes, or change it to "Kid", but instead the insane feminazis cancelled the whole thing after I threatened to sue them if they continued their policy of sexual discrimination. Great solution! Nitwits.
