I like almost all of what you said and agree nearly 100%. So instead of asking how could we change things/society to improve it, I'd say what would be the motivation for people to want to be kind and caring and not just be shitts? What would they get?They want more productivity. Would they get more prod. by not being liars and manipulators? And of course, this would, unfortunately, need to be proven since commons sense and wisdom mean little in 2018.
