I have seen someone with very little experience bossing around someone who was very experienced. Apparently the latter did not get the promotion because the manager did not think she had the right image because they were a larger person, yet at times she would be in-charge. As for the one who bossed her around she was not very knowledgeable and also too she lied. I always think eventually people like this will get caught out because there lack of skills will cause them a problem further down the track if it is a situation like heatlhcare.
